Mindfulness and Meditation
Mindfulness is the skill of becoming aware of what’s happening in the present moment — your thoughts, emotions and sensations — without judgment. It helps you notice patterns, respond more consciously and feel more grounded in everyday life.
Meditation is the practice that helps develop this skill. Through simple, guided exercises, you learn to pause, focus your attention and build mindfulness in a steady, supportive way. Over time, this practice creates greater clarity, balance and wiser choices in how you move forward. I will support you in developing this skill in a way that feels accessible and sustainable.
