Cultivate Mindfulness and Build a Meditation Practice

In a fast-paced world that constantly pulls your attention outward, mindfulness offers a way back to yourself. Mindfulness isn’t about becoming someone else, it’s about learning how to be fully here, present and with greater kindness and awareness.

Grounded in my time living and learning in Buddhist monasteries and meditation centers in Asia, personal practice, lived experience and formal education, I help you cultivate mindfulness and develop a meditation practice that fits your life.

It will not be another task to perfect, but a supportive anchor you can return to again and again. Drawing on traditional meditation practices and practical guidance, we work together to develop awareness, steadiness and inner calm. Rather than striving to “empty the mind,” you’ll learn how to relate differently to your thoughts, emotions and experiences, creating space, clarity and resilience in everyday life.

What we’ll work on

  • Building a consistent meditation practice to fit your lifestyle

  • Developing mindful awareness in daily activities

  • Learning to quiet the mental chatter without force or suppression

  • Cultivating calm, focus and emotional balance

  • Gently strengthening self-trust and inner stability

How it helps

  • Feel more grounded and present

  • Respond to stress with greater ease and clarity

  • Reconnect with a sense of calm that isn’t dependent on circumstances

  • Create supportive inner habits that last beyond our work together

  • Make your decisions from a place of self-understanding, clarity of mind and alignment with your true nature.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice, sessions are tailored to your experience, needs and pace, with an emphasis on compassion, curiosity and integration into day-to-day life.

“I love Zen Adina — your energy and vibe are beautiful. Maybe you can teach me one day,” said one of my friends, the CEO of a large radio company.

“I can’t switch off. I’m always on. You’re going through so much right now, yet you look so calm. Let’s organize a three-day meditation retreat so you can teach me what you learned in Asia,” said another friend, a very busy and successful business professional.
