If you’re feeling stuck, second-guessing yourself or on the edge of burnout, coaching gives you a safe space to slow down, breathe and reconnect with what matters. Having walked through various life and career transitions, as well as burnout myself, I’ll support you with empathy and kindness and help you take meaningful, practical steps toward where you want to be.

Sessions are 60 minutes, online. You’ll leave each one with clear next steps and gentle accountability.

  1. Free Introductory Call (20 mins) — a low‑pressure chat to explore what’s going on and how coaching could help.
  2. Deep‑Dive Start — map your goals, spot the blockers, design a supportive plan.
  3. Ongoing Support — focused sessions, check‑ins and practical tools you can use between calls.

 

Individual coaching packages

POWER HOUR — 1 session

Ideal when you have one specific challenge or decision and need clarity quickly. In this focused 60‑minute session, we’ll cut through the noise, explore options and set a clear next step so you can move forward with confidence.

Includes: 60‑minute coaching session, follow-up notes and action plan, 7‑day check‑in.

RESET — 3 sessions

A focused boost around one key priority.

Includes: 60‑minute coaching session, follow-up notes and action plan, between sessions check-ins.

REBUILD — 6 sessions 

Deeper work to strengthen confidence, habits and boundaries across a few areas resulting in lasting change and resilience.

Includes: 60‑minute coaching session, follow-up notes and action plan, mid‑point review, between sessions check-ins.

CHEERLEADER — Monthly Subscription

Ongoing monthly support. You will have me in your corner long-term.

Includes: 45‑minute coaching session, email support during the month as needed.
